AU Info:
A basic AU wherein Kayneth is born female but most other canon events remain the same is available.
In another AU that diverges more markedly from canon, Kendra/Kayneth was born female, and was in an (extremely unhappy, to say the least) arranged marriage with Cornelius Alba. She fought alongside Rider (Alexander the Great) and against her husband in the Holy Grail War, which she lost but survived, though at great cost. Expanded AU info (in progress) is here.
